• Client: The individual or entity using our services.
• Company: Refers to US CAPITAL Inc.
• Services: Includes account validation, management, and any other services provided by the Company.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Validation and Management

• The Client agrees to pay the required validation fees as outlined on our website.
• Upon successful payment, the Company will undertake the account validation process.
• The Company will manage the Client’s account using professional trading strategies and comprehensive risk management techniques.

4. Refund Policy

• We offer a 50% refund if requested within 7 days of purchase, provided the services have not been substantially utilized.
• After 7 days, no refunds will be issued.
• By making a payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the refund policy.

5. Risk Management

• The Company employs rigorous risk management strategies to protect the Client’s capital.
• Despite these measures, trading involves substantial risk, and the Company does not guarantee profits or protection from losses.

6. Profit Sharing

• Profits generated from managed accounts will be shared on a 50/50 basis between the Client and the Company.
• Clients can request profit withdrawals starting from the 14th day of each month, in accordance with the rules of the PropFirm.

7. Client Responsibilities

• The Client must provide accurate and complete information for account setup and management.
• The Client agrees to comply with all requests for information or documentation from the Company to facilitate account management.

8. Confidentiality

The Company will maintain the confidentiality of the Client’s information and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide the services.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• The Company is not responsible for any losses incurred due to market conditions or trading activities.

10. Termination

• The Company reserves the right to terminate the Client’s account if there is a breach of these terms and conditions.
• The Client may terminate the service at any time by providing written notice to the Company. However, no refunds will be issued upon termination.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.

12. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website, and it is the Client’s responsibility to review them regularly.
